Derives a symmetric cipher key from source key material.
Parameters
- sourceKeyMaterial: Uint8Array
  The source bytes to derive from.
- Optionalsalt: Uint8Array<ArrayBufferLike>
  Optional HKDF salt. An empty salt is used when omitted.
Returns Promise<CipherKey>
The derived cipher key.
